Face Origin AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze facial features from uploaded photos to provide estimated ethnic heritage breakdowns. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscription

  • Subscription Type: Weekly auto-renewable subscription
  • Duration: 1 week (7 days)
  • Price: $5.99 USD per week (prices may vary by region)

3.2 Billing and Renewal

  • • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • • You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings

3.3 Free Trial

  • • If offered, free trials will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
  • • You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges

3.4 Cancellation

  • • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings
  • • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • • No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods
  • • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period

4. Use of the App

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree to:

  • • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
  • • Respect the intellectual property rights of others

We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis results or content provided through the App.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 App Content

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Face Origin AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • • We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

10. Modifications to Terms
